Description

Saratoga County is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural/Engineering Consulting Firms to complete a County wide Strategic Facilities Space Study (SFSS). The SFSS will be an analysis of the existing County space and is also to include a 5 to 20-year plan encompassing the entire existing inventory of County owned and/or leased space as well as any recommended renovations and/or new County space that identifies a strategic facility plan based on the organization's current and future space needs. This RFP seeks to identify qualified firms to provide the services outlined in this document. The County anticipates reviewing the responses to this RFP and selecting a firm within 30 days of the receipt of proposals.
