17-SDPSU-1 - MOE ROAD, MTP AND ROUND LAKE PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. November 30, 2017 at the
Saratoga County Office of General Services, 50 West High Street, Ballston Spa, New York, 12020 at
which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the Moe Road, MTP and Round Lake Pump
Station Improvements covered by Specification # 17-SDPSU-1.
Separate sealed bids will be received for the following:
Contract 1G – General Construction
Contract 1E – Electrical
The project included general construction and electrical work associated with upgrades to three (3)
sewer pump stations owned and operated by the Saratoga County Sewer District No. 1, including the
Moe Road Pump Station, Martindale Trailer Park (MTP) Pump Station, and the Round Lake Pump
Station.
A pre-bid conference will be held on November 17, 2017 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Round Lake
Pump Station, 2190 Route 9, Round Lake, NY 12118. The pre-bid conference will also include visits to
MTP Pump Station, 1639 Route 9, Halfmoon, NY, and the Moe Road Pump Station, 509 Clifton Park
Center Road, Clifton Park, New York 12065. No other pre-bid conference will be scheduled.
