By these specifications, 19-SDMHS-1, it is the intent of Saratoga County, through its Purchasing Department, to secure a bid for Magnesium Hydroxide Slurry. Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.The contract is for a period beginning on the date of award through September 30, 2020 with the option of two (2), one (1) year extensions upon written agreement of both parties.
