25-RFP-ITMPS-2 - VoIP Mitel MiVoice Phone System

Saratoga County, through its Purchasing Division, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase, installation, and support of a fully VoIP Mitel MiVoice phone system, hosted within a virtual server infrastructure. This project also includes the implementation of Mitel Revolution. The project aims to consolidate and modernize the county’s communication systems into a robust, mainly IP-based solution capable of meeting both current and future needs.
The selected vendor will be responsible for deploying the system, which includes installation, configuration, testing, and integration with the county’s existing network infrastructure. Additionally, the vendor will provide training for County Information Technology (IT) staff and ongoing technical support to ensure seamless operation and minimal disruptions.
Proposals are expected from vendors with experience in implementing similar systems, who can demonstrate an understanding of complex public sector communication needs.
