Summary of Specifications:
The County of Schenectady will be accepting bids for the installation of a pre-purchased Carrier Chiller in a new mechanical room at the Schenectady County Recreational Facility. Mechanical and Electrical work is to include demolition of an old chiller, cooling towers & related piping. Work also includes installation of new pumps, air handling unit, refrigerant coolers, related piping and duct work, as well as, installation of a transformer, sensors, controls and all related wiring. Bids submitted should include all of the mechanical and electrical work necessary to complete the project as a single bid.
