Summary of Specifications:
The County of Schenectady will be accepting bids for renovations to the boiler room at the Schenectady County Courthouse located at 612 State St., Schenectady, NY. Mechanical and Electrical work is to include some demolition of an old chiller, boiler feed pump, and related piping. Work also includes installation of new pumps, air handling unit, and related piping and duct work. Bids submitted should include all of the mechanical and electrical work necessary to complete the project as a single bid.
