The Municipal Housing Authority of the City of Schenectady, hereinafter referred to as
“Authority,” is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive Section 3 Consulting
Services on an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract basis consistent with the
Authority’s Procurement Policy.
The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to award a contract to the responsible
firm whose qualifications, and other factors considered, are the most advantageous to
the Authority.
