Task 1 – Equipment Inventory The Town seeks to evaluate its antenna and microwave (MW) dish inventory at the existing Town facilities with respect to confirming the antenna specifications, to include but not be limited to: identifying name, FCC call sign, FCC emission designation, maximum licensed power output, ERP, total EIRP (if applicable), ground elevation of antenna, antenna make and model, radio frequencies (MHz), azimuth, mechanical downtilt, horizontal beamwidth, aperture, power input and output (watts), gain (dBd), height, MW Azimuth, MW downtilt, MW horizontal beam width and MW aperture. The Town’s facilities to be evaluated include, but are not limited to, its water towers, public buildings, and leased spaces; approximately 21 Town-owned sites and 3 leased sites, totaling 24 sites. Task 2 – Asset Report and Site Sketches The Town seeks to have a report generated for its antennas and MW dishes on leased spaces, and for all antenna and MW dish inventory on Town-owned sites after compiling and reviewing the existing information and performing inspections of sites as needed. The Town also seeks to have sketches created for the Town-owned sites. Sketches will need to include both elevation and a “top down” roof plan indicating the location of each antenna. The Sketches shall include for each piece of equipment (as applicable): • Description • antenna make and model • height • azimuth • elevations • downtilt • horizontal beam width, • aperature Task 3 –Electro Magnetic Energy (EME) Field Measurements Survey The Town seeks to have an Electro Magnetic Energy (EME) Field Measurements Survey conducted to test the antenna and MW dish equipment on the Police Department Building at 188 Tarrytown Road, White Plains, NY 10607 and the Department of Public Works Garage at 100 Old Sprain Road, Ardsley, NY 10502. An optional site visit will be conducted for this task, details below.
