Specifications include, but are not limited to: Nassau Community College requires the Consultant to provide catering services on an as-needed basis for a variety of events on Campus. This contract may be utilized by the College, the Faculty Student Association (FSA), the Nassau Community College Foundation (Foundation) and other various groups and organizations associated with the College.; Consultant shall provide fresh high-quality food, non-alcoholic beverages, special dietary menus (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.) and related serving supplies, including but not limited to paper goods, condiments, etc. Consultant shall provide on-time service, and tastefully presented quality and healthy products delivered by a professional associate.
