provide golf concession services for the following facilities: the 18-hole, links style golf course, 9-hole executive golf course and miniature golf course, the four (4) soccer fields, the thirty-eight (38) stall golf driving range, the club house, catering facility, and the pro shop. The Town is seeking proposers who can demonstrate substantial experience in the operation and maintenance of golf courses, sports fields and restaurant/catering facilities has sufficient financial capability to renovate, operate and maintain this facility at the highest level. To facilitate the golf operation, the golf course has a two hundred and sixty (260) stall parking lot to facilitate the nine (9) hole executive course, four (4) soccer fields, and mini golf course, and a two hundred and eighty-two (282) space parking lot to facilitate the eighteen (18) hole golf course. Both of these lots will require maintenance and plowing in the event of snow fall.
