• Review and evaluation of Business Organization Structure of the Bursar’s Office and operations, including, but not limited to, business practices, policies and procedures. • Business process mapping (general analysis of systems, processes, and general efficiencies). • Clarify and mapping of all workflows. • Aligning staff to the work (collective bargaining environment). • Aligning staff titles with their roles according to job descriptions. • Guidance to inform staff training & professional development (including customer service/student experience). • Compliance review (policies and procedures, etc.). • Review current integration of technology solutions and provide suggestions. • Guidance to support and improve collections operations.
