a. Construct 8’X12’X8” concrete pad for shelter and the generator b. Purchase and install 6x6 precast concrete radio shelter at the site (shelter must be for the purpose of housing radio/IT equipment, include adequate electrical connections, HVAC, and must have no less than 8 antenna ports) c. Purchase and install correct size emergency generator d. Provide Motorola Solutions R56 grounding for all aspects at the Pitbrook site e. Install and fill 150-gallon propane tank to be located on the concrete pad f. Provide properly sized electric service to the shelter (power is provided at the pedestal of the tower site) g. Will need to coordinate with the power company for meter and associated items. h. Apply for any necessary zoning/building permits needed for the scope of the project
