The Seneca Nation (SN) is requesting proposals from experienced individuals, organizations, or consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our Tribal Home Visiting Program. This program aims to support families with young children, enhance parenting practices, and improve child development outcomes through culturally relevant home visiting services. The primary aim of the CNRA is to identify the strengths, needs, and priorities of families with young children within the SN. This information serves as the foundation for designing effective home visiting services that support positive outcomes for parents and children. Key objectives: • Understanding the demographic and socio-economic profile of the community. • Identifying the major challenges and needs faced by families. • Recognizing cultural practices, traditions, and values that should be integrated into the program. • Gathering input from community members an internal department to ensure services are responsive and effective.
