The New York Power Authority (“NYPA”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to procure spectrum for the installation of conference room solutions across seven office locations. The purpose of this project is to enhance collaboration and communication within our organization by providing seamless and user-friendly conference room experiences. Additionally, we are seeking proposals for meeting support services utilizing Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Zoom. The selected vendor will be responsible for scheduling, planning, practice sessions, pre-event functionality testing, and post-meeting metrics and reporting.
