Specifications include, but are not limited to:The proposed consultant tasks shall include: • Project meetings with the Client Committee • Project coordination with City staff • Preparation of design standards with appropriate illustrations and diagrams for the Collegetown Areas Form Districts and Downtown, as shown in the attached maps •Review of existing zoning regulations for both areas and recommendation of design elements that should be included in or removed from existing code. PROJECT DELIVERABLES Collegetown•Design standards for the Collegetown Area Form Districts, as shown on the map entitled “Collegetown Area Form Districts - January 2014,” in both a modifiable format and a PDF. •Recommendations for design elements that should be removed from or added to the Collegetown Area Form Districts zoning. Downtown•Design standards for the Downtown area, as shown on the map entitled “Downtown Design Standards Area – October 2015”, in both a modifiable format and a PDF. •Recommendations for design elements that should be incorporated into zoning for the Downtown area.
