Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will develop an appropriate survey instrument and methodology coordinate implementation, including employee engagement tabulate and analyze survey results and prepare a final report with recommendations, giving particular attention to workplace inclusiveness, attitudes toward diversity, employee/management dynamics, accountability, and opportunities for professional growth. The selected firm will design and implement a survey process and analyze results that will: Help County leadership gain an understanding of how the organizational culture is supporting or hindering optimal performance. Build a baseline assessment of the cultures strengths and weaknessesfor the County as a whole and for the 25 individual divisions and departments. Provide a cross-tabulation of data to see if certain areas of the organization or certain classes of employees (e.g., gender, age, ethnicity, years of service, etc.) respond significantly different than others. Help County leadership understand the organizational culture relative to other high functioning organizations similar to Tompkins County.
