MOCS is seeking proposals to address increased capacity requirements of planned growth of its user base and transaction volumes. Areas of particular focus include: • Enhanced scalability for increased numbers of users and transactions • Dynamic resource allocation (e.g. virtualization, containerization, etc.) to provide ondemand provisioning of: o Processing power o Memory o Database capacity o Network bandwidth • Enhanced ad hoc reporting, including historical trends through o Field-level logging and auditing o System-resident repository of vendor/City procurement activity • Transparent real-time performance monitoring • Robust Disaster Recovery capability with potential for real-time failover • High availability capabilities and load balancing. • Enhanced security such as CASB, DLP, IG, etc. • Provide flexible platform for enhancements. • Superior customer service • Provide expeditious quality control and resolution of bugs in the system to maintain procurement key functions 24/7
