1. Required Vendor Qualifications A. Vendor’s staff performing fire safety and property maintenance inspections and reports shall be a registered Code Enforcement Officer within New York State or must be supervised by a registered Code Enforcement Officer within New York State. 2. Deliverables to be Performed A. Perform annual fire safety inspections and property maintenance inspections in accordance with 19 NYCRR Part 1203 and 1204 of the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code at the buildings/locations listed below. B. The facilities covered are listed in the document entitled Facilities to be Inspected (Event 391). 1. If required, facilities will be added to or removed from the Contract through a written change order, as defined in the terms of the Contract 3. Schedule of Deliverables A. Vendor shall work with RGRTA staff to develop a schedule of inspections for the life of the Contract. B. Vendor should plan to attend the following meetings annually, to coordinate about all locations: 1. Kickoff meeting (1x/year) 2. Progress meetings (3x/year) 3. Final Report/Wrap-Up meeting (1x/year) 4. Safety Requirements A. Vendor shall adhere and provide the required information in the Accident Prevention, Safety and Environmental Health document located on the attachments tab of the Event. B. Vendor shall provide labor, supervision, safety supervision, materials, parts, tools, ladders, scissor lifts, forklifts, transportation, methods of communication, and other equipment. 1. Vendor shall be responsible for providing rigging services and properly licensed crane operators, as needed.
