Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Install soil nail wall to repair portion of failing Forest Home Drive retaining wall. Finished surface to be textured, colored, and stamped to be similar to existing wall. This wall is located approximately 150 ft. east of Forest Home Drive and Thurston Avenue Bridge intersection. 2. Construct approximately 20 ft. of new retaining wall that will extend eastward from east end of existing southeast bridge abutment. Replace sidewalk and masonry wall to match existing. Support of excavation will be required and is to be designed by a registered professional engineer hired by the contractor. 3. Reinforce the existing beam support that carries the existing 16” sewer main between the gorge wall and the underside of the Thurston Avenue Bridge
