DoDEA requires a comprehensive high school education program (grades 9-12) for approximately 200 students with a broad range of educational needs, all of whom are dependent children of eligible DoD personnel, residing on or near the West Point Military Reservation. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, services, administration, transportation, supplies, equipment (not otherwise provided by the Government), and other items necessary for a comprehensive high school educational program to meet or exceed the performance of schools ranked as highly performing, as measured by the New York Department of Education School Report Card. This secondary education program shall include Advanced Placement®, Regents, and Regents with Distinction courses (or equivalent), special education services, Career Development and Occupational Studies (CDOS), differentiated instruction, counseling and post-secondary advisement services, along with extracurricular academic, arts and athletic activities, consistent with Federal and state laws and regulations.
