• Provide two (2) heating and cooling systems for 115 North Water Street, Peekskill, NY • Provide labor and materials to install the following supplemental Mitsubishi or Daikin heat pump systems: o Second floor main area shall be served by a 36,000 btu/h ceiling concealed air handler. § New sheet metal ductwork, insulation and filter box shall be installed § Registers and grills will be provided. Hole cutting and framing shall be provided by others o Second floor rear work area shall be served by a 24,000 btu/h ductless, wall-mounted evaporator § Wall support bracket and condensate pump shall be provided if needed § Wireless remote control will be provided o Both systems shall be provided with the following: § All refrigeration and condensate piping shall be provided § All low voltage control wiring shall be provided. Power wiring shall be by others. § Outdoor heat pumps shall be mounted on equipment rails or wall brackets at 12" minimum above the roof surface to prevent snow accumulation § Thermostats shall be located as mutually agreed by Contractor and owner
