Task 1 The selected Respondent shall consider qualified referrals from the Monroe County Department of Public Safety’s Domestic Abuse Response Team (DART) provider (the Rochester Police Department), the Monroe County District Attorney, the Monroe County Public Defender’s Office, Willow Domestic Violence Center of Greater Rochester, Inc., and other similar providers serving domestic abuse victims in Monroe County. Deliverable 1.1: The selected Respondent shall determine that all individuals served qualify as lowincome/indigent. Task 2 The selected Respondent shall provide civil legal services to indigent domestic violence victims in Monroe County such that: Deliverable 2.1: 70% of victims of domestic violence using this service will follow the case to conclusion and obtain a permanent order of protection. Deliverable 2.2: 95% of victims of domestic violence will report a decrease of domestic violence when their case is closed. Deliverable 2.3: 90% of victims of domestic violence will report no further violence 30 days to 6 months after case closure.
