License Fee: Minimum: $5,000 annually. Licensee is 100% responsible for the costs of electricity, propane, and fuel used in connection with this License and shall be paid directly to the provider(s). For all other utility services necessary for the Use the Licensee shall establish all necessary accounts with utility providers at its own cost. Licensee is 100% responsible for the costs of trash removal and recycling services and shall be paid directly to the provider(s).
