The delivery of mail to our District Attorney Offices will be for one (1) contract with two (2) runs. The contract is as follows: 1. (North Run) entails the delivery of mail from the DA Courthouse Office, located on the third floor of the Courthouse in White Plains, New York, to our District Attorney Offices located in White Plains, Greenburgh, and Yorktown Heights, and more particularly set forth in Schedule I attached hereto and made a part hereof. In addition, the above contract (for North Run) also includes the daily pickup of mail from the White Plains Post Office located at 100 Fischer Avenue no later than 9:30 AM and delivery of same to the DA Courthouse Office no later than 10:00 AM (See attached Schedule I-A attached hereto and made a part hereof for contract specifications and requirements). 2. Daily mail is to be delivered to the District Attorney Offices and returns brought back to the DA Courthouse Office no later than 4:30 P.M. (See attached Schedule I for contract specifications and requirements) 3. (South Run) entails the delivery of mail from the DA Courthouse Office, located on the third floor of the Courthouse in White Plains, New York, to the District Attorney Offices located in Rye Town (Rye Ridge), New Rochelle, Mount Vernon, and Yonkers, and more particularly set forth in Schedule II attached hereto and made a part hereof. Daily mail is to be delivered to the District Attorney Offices and returns brought back to the DA Courthouse Office no later than 4:30 P.M. (See attached Schedule II for contract specifications and requirements).
