Specifications include, but are not limited to: new, state-of-the-art solar powered, multi-space system with the capability of accepting coins, bills, credit cards, web payments and smart cards as payment options. All of the units must be networked and centrally managed by the City though one (1) easy to use portal interface. It also must be able to work with the current equipment that the city already uses for Enforcement (Complus and Genetec) and be able to network with other vendor’s equipment in the future. Cabinet must be minimum 12-gauge zinc-coated cold rolled steel. The ability to sell full color advertising via the pay stations is an important component for this project which will create additional revenue streams for the City. Therefore, the pay stations must have a color LCD screen, which is easy to read in various lighting conditions. The pay station must have a full alphanumeric, tactile feel keypad.
