Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New York State Canal Corporation (NYSCC) announces this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify qualified providers to develop and operate a variety of recreational Activities & excursions (“Activities”) across one or multiple New York State Canal System locations (Western, Central, Erie and Champlain regions) in support of On the Canals Program. These Activities will be part of a series of Canal-based Programming offered to the public for an appropriate period, based on the nature of the activity potentially beginning Q2 of 2023. Submitted proposals will be accepted via email as indicated on the NYPA.GOV website. Respondents are hereby directed to use NYPA’s website (www.nypa.gov/procurement) to obtain complete bid documents, bid addenda, post bid-addenda and related notices. Proposers obtaining bid documents from sources other than the Authority's web site do so at their own risk. Incomplete proposal responses may be rejected.
