• Contractor shall provide parking spaces for the eighteen (18) vehicles, as stated on Bid Cost Sheet for the Queens Regional Office located at 92-36 Merrick Ave., Queens, NY 11433 . • Parking garage must have reserved or assigned indoor parking spaces with 24-hour accessibility, 7 days a week. • Reserved or assigned indoor parking spaces must be located in an area that is not significantly affected by bird roosting or nesting sites. • Parking garage must be secure to prevent vandalism and/or theft. • Parking garage must be located within a ¼ mile radius of the Regional Office location. • Vehicle Additions: Based on the needs of DOCCS, a number of additional parking spaces over the number of vehicles listed on the Bid Cost Sheet for the Regional Office location may be requested. Contractor shall provide additional parking spaces to DOCCS at parking garage, as available, under the same terms and conditions. The rate charged for additional parking spaces shall not exceed that of the contract rate in effect at the time DOCCS submits notification to the Contractor. • Vehicle Reductions: DOCCS shall give Contractor 30-day notice, either orally or in writing, of the date after which reserved or assigned parking spaces will no longer be needed.
