Contractor agrees to provide the print shop and copy paper identified in the Contract Documents listed herein, which are incorporated into and made part of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein, whether or not they are physically attached hereto. Contractor agrees to provide the items in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement for MOBOCES and PSDs as part of its cooperative bidding system. It is specifically agreed by Contractor that MOBOCES and PSDs will not compensate Contractor for any items provided not within the scope of the products as specifically identified in the Contract Documents without prior authorization, evidenced only by a written Change Order or Addendum to this Agreement executed by MOBOCES and PSDs as provided herein.
