The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) is seeking a firm to wash buses on-site at its subsidiary Regional Transit Service - Genesee (RTS Genesee) twice per week. The fleet is currently twelve (12) buses and while all of them could potentially be washed, we anticipate eight (8) of them will be washed each time. A. The fleet currently contains twelve (12) buses and while all of them could potentially be washed, we anticipate eight (8) of them will be washed each visit. 1. Vehicles are approximately 30’ to 34’ in length. B. Wash and remove all dirt, grime, and grease from the exterior surfaces of the buses. C. Deliverables will be provided twice per week. 1. Deliverables shall be provided between the hours of 7:00 p.m. Wednesday – 6:00 a.m. Thursday, and 7:00 p.m. Friday – 6:00 a.m. Monday. D. Vendor is not responsible for washing the inside of the buses.
