Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP is issued to assume the operation of an existing OMH-licensed Apartment Treatment Program which provides housing and restorative services for 79 individuals who meet the criteria outlined in Section 1.2. Most of the residents are currently housed in two-bedroom apartments scattered throughout the Bronx and Manhattan. The agency that is selected will be required to seek licensure from OMH. As part of this process, OMH will incorporate these new units into the agency’s current Gross-Income-Net fiscal model and issue a new operating budget. In addition, the agency will work with OMH and the current provider to transition all current residents and leases. Any new apartments developed must be approved by the New York City’s Field Office’s Licensing Unit and Fiscal Unit prior to lease signing.
