Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contractor must furnish containers which have casters, top covers, side doors, and be equal to those manufactured by the Heil Company, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and be new or in an equivalent acceptable condition. 2. The containers shall be kept in good repair by the contractor. In the event that the institution deems any container dangerous for use, either because of its damaged condition or because of the type of container used, the contractor agrees to comply with the wishes of the institution and either repair or replace the container(s) in question within one (1) week from the date of notification by the institution or be penalized by non-payment of said contractor. 3. Residential House Trash pickup will be scheduled with the Residential House Director or designated staff. See 2019 Refuse Services Bid Form for Contact information. 4. Pick up times will be made between the hours of 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
