The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Replace Windows Various Buildings for Energy Conservation project at the State University of New York, College of Agriculture and Technology, Morrisville State College. The Infirmary (#0009), constructed in 1971, is an 8,185 GSF, one-story building that houses the campus health center. The windows are original, single pane and in poor condition. Windows are casement type with fixed and operable panes. Operable windows are hinged. Frames are dark bronze aluminum. Brooks Hall (#0010), constructed in 1925, is a 17,195 GSF, three-story building with a basement that houses the campus police department, Human Resources and Communications.
