A. Snow plowing will occur during and after snow events and will remove snow from the main parking lot (approximately 2 acres), as well as all fire lanes, dumpster access paths and emergency escape routes on the side of the building. Snow plowing portion of our service completed before 6:30am. In the event of a morning or afternoon snow fall we will require plowing once 2" of accumulation exists. Additionally, we are a 24/7 operation and plowing may be required, upon request, at any time of the day or night. There will be no limit on the number of times plowed; the contract will cover the entire snowfall season. B. All walkways and any fire exits will be cleared of snow. C.
