Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall: a. Provide a designated account manager who has the authority to act on behalf of the Contractor. The person must have (i) the authority to make same day decisions regarding company policies and procedures to resolve the issues faced by the County; and (ii) at least one (1) year of experience as an account manager for Flexible Spending Account clients. In the event of an absence, an alternate must be designated and communicated to the County in advance. b. Provide timely advice and legislative updates to the County including pending legislation affecting the administration of Flexible Spending Accounts. If relevant legislation is enacted, provide a cost analysis and implementation plan to ensure that the Plan will be in compliance with the new requirements. If the change requires action from the County on behalf of the Plan and its participants, timely notification to the County is required to ensure adequate time for review and the decision-making process
