Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Village of Hamburg desires to secure a multi-year contract with a qualified vendor for a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) phone system to replace the current VOIP phone system. A key component of this request for proposals is that the system offered to the Village be very reliable. Thus, the proposals will be assessed on a best value basis to optimize quality, cost, reliability and efficiency. The Village currently has VOIP phones deployed at Village facilities. The current phones are past their useful life and are in need of replacing.
