Specifications include, but are not limited to: The bidder must agree to: coordinate with the Department and WebNY, and be monitored by DFS to ensure compliance with NYS direction and policies. Compile and deliver all artifacts and source code created during the project to both the DFS project manager and the ITS WebNY Team at the end of the engagement. All materials used to arrive at the website design should also be included (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, wireframe source files, etc.). Coordinate the methodology, toolset and project plan with the WebNY Team and ITS Experience Design Team: At the beginning of the project – to ensure global/enterprise alignment At completion of each major phase At beginning and ending of each development sprint At each ending of each development sprint demonstration development At each development sprint solutioning At the completion of the project – to provide retrospective feedback
