Wayne County intends for this RFP to result in the selection of providers to be placed on a qualified suppliers list for authorized agencies to select a certified Court Reporter and transcription services on an as needed basis. Based upon the proposals received the County will develop a qualified suppliers list. Selection to the qualified suppliers list does not guarantee in any way a commitment by the county to use the supplier’s services.
