RCO-OC023-25 - Fleet Leasing and Maintenance Services

The County of Orange requests written proposals from qualified companies to provide a comprehensive solution for the lease of fleet vehicles, maintenance for those vehicles, and such other potential additional services as defined in the Specifications portion of this Request for Competitive Offer (“RCO”) as may be proposed by bidders. This RCO is a solutions-based solicitation; meaning that the County is seeking equipment, products, and services that meet the general requirements of this RCO. Bidders must have knowledge of all applicable industry standards, laws, and regulations and, if awarded a contract pursuant to this RCO (“Contract”), abide by them when performing services under such Contract. The County seeks a detailed proposal in response to this RCO that will be followed to ensure success.
