It is expected that the successful bidder will provide both labor and materials necessary to accomplish those
tasks called for in the Mandatory walk though. At the walk through the contractor shall visit the site, meet
with the assigned representative of the school district, and receive a description of the work to be performed.
The Contractor must verify all areas to be prepared and painted. Failure to visit the site and ignorance of
existing conditions shall not be the cause for extra payment.
