NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. ("NYRA") is soliciting bidders to provide quotations for mobile sales unit concepts for use during the BSRF and Saratoga summer meet at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs NY. The structure must be fully installed and fully functional on or before May 20, 2025. The term of any Agreement entered as a result of this RFQ shall be from the date of execution until completion of the scope of work to NYRA’s satisfaction.
Proposals will be received by the Senior Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on [insert date].
