This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits proposals from vendors to acquire a cloud/hosted electronic ticketing platform. The system must include functionality to maintain updated student, faculty and staff status, manage season tickets sales and operate general and reserved seating maps. The vendor needs to provide support and services during and after implementation. The implementation is a complete setup and configuration of the system that needs to include data transfer, demographic data uploads, conversions, along with technical and user training. Beyond the implementation phase, the vendor needs to provide all-inclusive support, maintenance, and upgrades. Support needs to be available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
