Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC), Division of Safety and Site Support, intends to enter into requirements contracts for land surveying services for various capital projects, throughout the City of New York. DDC intends to engage up to ten (10) qualified firms to provide land surveying services on a requirements basis. The projects for which services are required shall be specified by the Commissioner on a Work Order (WO) basis and may be located in any of the five Boroughs of New York City. The consultant will be required to provide all land surveying services necessary and required for the Project, in accordance with Work Orders issued by the Commissioner. The services to be provided by the consultant shall include without limitation the services set forth in the Technical Requirements of the Contract. The consultant shall provide such services through its own employees and/or through its Subconsultants. The land surveying services to be provided under this Contract are listed below and are as follows: 1. Topographical/Best Management Practices (BMP) Maps 2. Damage and Acquisition Maps 3. Sewer and Water Main Projects (1) Key Plan (2) Composite Utility Maps and Profile Drawings 4. Highway, Sewer and Water Main Projects (1) Key Plan (2) Survey Control Maps (3) Clean Base Maps (4) Topographical Maps (5) Highway Profile Drawings (6) Composite Utility Maps and Profile Drawings 5. Coastal and/or Underwater Hydrographic Soundings Projects (1) Topographical Maps (2) Profile Drawings 6. Vault Survey Reports 7. Installation of Survey Markers
