7778 - Construction of a 2.0 Million Gallon Reservoir at the Town Line Road Well Field

                                                       NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  That sealed proposals for the construction of a
2.0 million gallon wire wound pre-stressed concrete reservoir at the Town Line Road Well Field and Pump Station, Wainscott, Town of East Hampton, NY, will be received by the Purchasing Director of the Suffolk County Water Authority at 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, NY  11739, not later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on August 3, 2021, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  In addition, Bids will be accepted electronically, prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.
Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents are available for you to download by login in to the following websites  www.scwa.com; or www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york. Questions and answers will also be posted on the public websites noted above.
A pre-bid meeting on July 21, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. will take place at the Town Line Road Well Field and Pump Station, located at 241 Town Line Road, Wainscott, Town of East Hampton, NY.  It is strongly recommended that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting.  Failure to comply with this requirement may be deemed sufficient cause for rejection of proposal.  Please meet at the intersection of Town Line Road and Industrial Road in Wainscott, NY.  Utilize Wainscott NW Road to Industrial Road to attend meeting.
