Suffolk County Community College (the College) requires the services of a qualified, reliable, and experienced Contractor to perform secondary inspection witnessing and testing services on the College’s elevators and lifts at its three campuses, as well as perform necessary testing services in the event the College’s elevator and lift maintenance and repair Contractor’s performance during testing is not satisfactory.
