Description

The Union Free School District of the Tarrytowns, hereinafter referred to as the “Tarrytown UFSD”, invites proposals from individual attorneys or law firms having experience and qualifications in representing public sector entities, preferably school districts and municipalities.
This is a one-year contract for the fiscal year 2021-2022 with up to four annual renewals, said term being subject to the annual review and recommendation of Superintendent of Schools and the Board of Education of Tarrytown UFSD.
Tarrytown UFSD requests that the Legal Services Firm specialize in Special Education, Labor, Municipal Purchasing and Construction. Attorneys providing services to Tarrytown UFSD must be admitted to practice law in New York State and under active registration to do so.
