RFQ-060112 - Copy Paper (Virgin and Recycled)

Important Note to Vendors:
Pricing is to include inside delivery which may consist of several locations within the same department (for example: 2nd fl, 6th fl., etc.). There shall be no minimum order requirements. This RFQ is NOT intended as a "bulk" purchase, the quantities listed are estimates for the entire 6 month period. The County reserves the right to purchase only those quantities required. This contract is for use by all County Departments. Invoices shall be sent to the department indicated on the purchase orders. Invoices that are sent to the incorrect location will NOT be forwarded and will be returned to the vendor. Responders must submit manufacturer and product # for all items quoting. The successful bidder may be required to submit samples prior to the award.
