Piggyback Contract

Description

The bidder shall provide vending and/or coffee machines, and/or water service as necessary to service the various County locations at no cost to the County. Bidder retains all rights and title to the equipment/machines. County will provide to bidder, at no cost, with the necessary space, heat, hot and cold water, electricity, and other reasonable utilities at the various locations necessary to provide the services and provide the bidder with reasonable access to the equipment/machines.

The bidder will pay the County a flat monthly commission each month of the contract. A price guarantee will be in effect for one year from the effective date of the agreement. Prices thereafter will be negotiated annual after that first year.
