PURPOSE OF REQUEST
Tompkins County seeks to partner with a third-party administrator for the purposes of FSA, HRA, and COBRA administration, as well as retiree health insurance billing.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

Provide FSA and HRA administration on behalf of the county benefits team
Serve as a resource for county employees with FSA and HRA questions and concerns
Assist the county with COBRA compliance by generating and distributing COBRA notices to eligible employees and administering COBRA billing
Process retiree health insurance billing on behalf of the county benefits team
Serve as a resource for county retirees with retiree health insurance billing questions and concerns
