RFQ-0499 - Inmate Supplies - Miscellaneous

Important Note to Vendors:
Tompkins County is requesting quotations for various Miscellaneous Inmate Supplies. The actual quantities required throughout the contract are unknown at this time. The contract will be for 1 year from date of award with the option to renew for 3 additional 1 year periods upon mutual consent under the same terms and conditions. All quotes are to include shipping & handling to Ithaca, NY 14850. There are to be no minimum order requirements. Items will be ordered on an as needed basis. The successful bidder will be required to furnish 3 catalogs upon request. If there is a website address for your company please indicate the address on your quote under the comments to buyer section. Please also include product order #'s for each item quoted. The quote will be awarded in whole to the lowest responsible bidder. Bidders must bid on 85% of the items listed to be considered for award.
