Description

Tompkins County is seeking proposals from experienced youth-serving agencies for the development and implementation of a “Primary Prevention Services Program” as requested by Tompkins County Whole Health. Preference will be given to proposals that utilize home and community-based service delivery and Teen Intervene early intervention services.

This RFP is being issued for up to $185,000 in annual State Aid, with renewal subject to compliance with OASAS and Tompkins County reporting requirements and program performance reviews.

Eligible providers may submit a proposal for this RFP alone, or in conjunction with proposals for one or both of the following open RFPs (proposals should be submitted separately). Preference may be given to organizations applying for multiple RFPs, if practical and feasible.

Medically Supervised Outpatient Clinic (3520)
Medically Supervised Withdrawal Services – Inpatient (3039) and Residential Services – Stabilization (3600)

Up to $50,845 in additional combined funding from Tompkins County may be available for the Primary Prevention Services (5520) RFP and the Medically Supervised Outpatient Clinic (3520) RFP, contingent upon legislative approval. Applicants should describe the supplemental services they will provide under one or both of these RFPs if they wish to receive these additional funds.
